NEW YORK, May 5 – Allvoices is acquired by Datran Media. It was announced yesterday (May 4, 2011) by official sources in Datran Media. It is already confirmed by Amra Tareen, the founder of Allvoices, in her allvoices article. As the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the companies but it is buzzed around that the acquisition was a mixture of cash and stock.
