AEX Commercial Financing Group's Report - - Evaluating New Commercial Loan Sources For Small and Medium Businesses

A candid and timely special report discussing the need for small business owners to find more effective lending sources for small business financing and working capital has been published by AEX Commercial Financing Group. The AEX report evaluates new commercial loan sources which are likely to be considered by prudent borrowers because many banks have stopped or reduced their commercial finance activities.

Leesburg, Ohio, July 30, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) --

AEX Commercial Financing Group has released a timely and candid commercial finance report to assist small business owners in finding new lending sources for working capital financing and commercial loans. There have been numerous and widespread reports of banks reducing or canceling commercial credit lines as well as recalling existing commercial real estate loans. As reported by AEX, banks and other business lenders have made some genuine efforts to provide small business financing help, but most commercial finance sources have ended up making drastic cuts in their actual lending activities. In a recent announcement, a large small business financing provider reported ongoing financial losses during the past two years and requested funding assistance from government and private sources. This particular business lender has already reduced their small business loan activities, and it is not currently known if they will be capable of resuming normal lending activities.

According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "Most small business owners are currently faced with the daunting task of finding effective new commercial finance sources whether they are ready to do so or not. While it has become routine for commercial lenders to turn down small business financing requests, the most damaging outcome is often when the current lender does not inform a borrower on a timely basis that they cannot currently provide commercial loans." The report published by AEX Commercial Financing Group discusses several new and effective working capital and business finance strategies, but for many businesses sufficient commercial funding will still be difficult to obtain.

Business owners are encouraged to discuss their specific commercial loans and working capital financing needs with AEX Commercial Financing Group. Please contact Stephen Bush at AEX to obtain candid advice and help.
