"Life must go on". This quotation is applicable even during the time of a great depression. Yes, there is still life during the great depression. Life is a journey and not a destination. It is a matter of facing the phases of life one day at a time. Anywhere we go, recession is being talked about but recession and recession effect are part and parcel of life. Your world will not stop because the world is facing recession or worse depression.
The recession effect is really felt by every single person. Much more by heads because the budgeting task is placed on their shoulders. Hence, the pieces of advice that I'll share here will be for all the heads who find life difficult during the economic financial crisis. My suggestions are for you to:
* Know how much is your income per month. Part of how to survive a depression is for you to live within your means. Do not over spend. Debts can be avoided in this way. You just have to buy what you need. Just sacrifice the wants that you have for a while.
* Look for extra job or income. No matter how small the additional income you will have, still that is money and that will be able to help you in many ways. The Internet is a rich source of additional income. If you can find legitimate companies in the internet to offer you extra income grab it. Usually what you need is a computer with an internet connection and your skill in writing, editing, etc.
* Budget your income. The problem usually starts when you do not know how to budget what you earn. Commonly, you act as one day millionaire and a pauper for 30 days.
Of course, in this journey of life we all experience how it is to fall and be affected by the recession effect. Just like when we ride a horse, we fall off from it but when we fall we just do not stay on the road where we fell. We stand and hop back on. Surely, there are hurdles which we must face but life goes on. We just have to learn from the mistakes we have committed and go on with life. Again, you have to know that there is still life during the great depression.
