Web-based/Online Systems Could Turn Traditional/Offline Transactions Systems Obsolete

Times are certainly changing and most transactions happen online than offline. It has come to many industry and market analysts that web based technologies are far more popular than traditional systems which are operated offline. These offline systems not only take up a huge resource and infrastructure, butt are also quite expensive to run and maintain.

Vivek Wadhwa recently revealed that California is looking for web based engineers who could develop programs that make online transactions easier and less expensive. In order to do that, existing web based systems that carry out online transactions need to be improved, and the older and traditional systems that require infrastructure and hardware need to be phased out.

One of the arguments put forward by Mr. Wadhwa is that Twitter carries out more number of transactions than any corporate system management software that are terribly expensive for companies to buy. Moreover, Web-based transactional systems have the potential to turn old-world transactions seem like child play. The bottom-line is, things are certainly changing towards a more web-based realm, and if you are into the industry California is certainly calling!

Most web technology related companies are based in California and the state has a dearth of talent which it seeks to fill by luring professionals from around the world.
